Our B&B cottage is situated in a quiet cul de sac just off Hedditch St so it's a super-easy 5-10 min walk into the town centre and lakefront. We have 3 guests rooms with Super-King, King and Queen sized beds, all of which can be un-zipped to make twin rooms if required, and all rooms have their own bathroom. The guest lounge has loads of space and there's also a sunny deck area, free WiFi throughout the house and plenty of tea and coffee! Also available (on application only) at the top of the garden we have a spacious fully self-contained apartment with fabulous views of mountains in all directions.It's perfect for 2 couples or a family of 4-5 as it has 2 bedrooms which can be made up with King beds or 2 singles and a huge open plan lounge and full kitchen. There's a lovely deck out the front to sit and admire the view over a glass of wine and also a sunny courtyard area with a gas BBQ out the back, laundry facilities and an internally accessed garage. Guests are welcome to join the B&B guests for breakfast in the morning for a small extra charge, or can cater for themselves. We always welcome guests with home baking and a cup of tea and really enjoy meeting people from around the world. We are keen outdoor enthusiasts and love golf, biking and hiking, we are always happy to make recommendations for walks and activities in this beautiful region
